The Dancing with the Stars pro and Pretty Little Liars alum teased their relationship for weeks online before hard-launching via an Instagram post. Farber, 42, shared a photo of Parrish, 37, kissing him on the cheek, and his fellow DWTS crew members flocked to the comments to congratulate them. The pair met when Parrish competed on DWTS in 2014 alongside pro Val Chmerkovskiy, while Farber was a dance troupe member.

Neither Farber nor Parrish have officially stated that they’ve broken up, but in July 2026, split rumors started circulating on Reddit. Users claimed that Parrish deleted the Instagram posts in which she appeared alongside Farber. It does look like Parrish has no posts with Farber on her Instagram account at the time of publication, though he still appears in several TikTok videos of hers.
The two currently follow each other on Instagram, and Parrish last commented on Farber’s July 5 Instagram post. She last appeared on his profile in a June 12 video, and he appears to have deleted posts as well. His aforementioned hard-launch post with Parrish is no longer on his profile.

In June, Parrish shared via Instagram Story that she was going to film a project for the entire month of July. She shared the news with a photo of herself kissing Farber on the cheek, noting that she’d miss him.
When did Sasha Farber and Janel Parrish start dating?
Farber started hinting at his relationship with the actress on Instagram on April 16, and confirmed they were dating in a since-deleted April 27 post.
The update came after Parrish announced her separation from chemical engineer Chris Long, whom she married in 2018. “There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me.” Parrish wrote in an April 10 Instagram Story, per E! News.
She made her red carpet debut with Farber, who was married to DWTS’s Emma Slater from 2018 to 2024, on June 5. “He is like the sweetest, most brightest light to everybody that he meets,” Parrish told Us Weekly at Nancy Davis’ Race to Erase MS Gala. “He [has] the kindest heart to everyone, to his friends, his family, or if he just met you walking his dogs. He just has the biggest heart and is so caring and loving.”
“She is so sweet, down to earth, so loving, so real, and I just feel so much support coming from her side,” Farber added about Parrish. “She’s just so supportive and wonderful. She loves animals, she loves dogs [and] she loves everyone who she meets.”
They also revealed how their romance began. “We were friends for years,” Parrish said, noting they met on DWTS. “I did the show, and he was my buddy Sash for a very long time, and then we reconnected, and here we are.”
