It’s been a year since Jax Taylor announced that he was stepping away from The Valley after two seasons on the Bravo show. His exit came following a stint in rehab and amid his contentious divorce from Brittany Cartwright, which still has not been finalized.
Since then, Taylor has been keeping more of a low profile, which is why the internet was sent into a spiral when photos surfaced of him cozying up to his and Cartwright’s publicist, Lori Krebs, earlier this month. TMZ obtained the images of Taylor and Krebs packing on the PDA in Mexico.

Are Jax Taylor and Lori Krebs dating?
Taylor and Krebs seemingly are dating. When a fan commented on Taylor’s July 29 Instagram post that he should have his own reality show or be cast on The Bachelor, he replied, “No thanks I am taken.”
While he didn’t name Krebs as the woman in his life, various media outlets have confirmed that they’re an item. TMZ reported that the pair’s friendship and working relationship deepened into more over the past few months as they’ve bonded over their divorces and raising children with autism (Taylor has a son with Cartwright, while Krebs is a mother to twin boys.)
And with Krebs being substance-free, she’s been vital in Taylor’s recovery following his latest rehab stint, per the outlet.
Who is Lori Krebs?
Krebs is the owner of LoriK Public Relations. She founded the company in 2014, specializing in “celebrity management and partnerships, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce. Krebs has several celebrity clients, including many from The Bachelor franchise and other reality television shows.
She is a graduate of Concordia University and began her PR career at Anderson Group Public Relations in 2006. She then spent two years working as an event planner for C3 events and managed public relations at Beyond the Rack from 2009 to 2013, per LinkedIn. Prior to forming her company, Krebs was the director of PR and marketing at Aspex Eyewear.
Is Lori Krebs still Brittany Cartwright’s publicist?
No, Cartwright fired Krebs after the photos of the publicist and Taylor surfaced in July 2026. Per TMZ, “Brittany decided to cut ties with Lori on Monday after learning about the photos. … Lori called Brittany before TMZ published the photos to give her a heads up that the story was coming.”
One month after Cartwright and Taylor announced their separation in January 2024, Taylor posted a photo (seen at the top of this page) with Krebs on his Instagram Story, and fans thought they looked quite cozy. However, TMZ’s source insists there was no overlap with Krebs during Taylor’s marriage to Cartwright.
When the picture was first posted, Cartwright also laughed off rumors of a romance between her estranged husband and Krebs. “It was cracking me up how everyone was going crazy about that picture you posted with our publicist Lori,” she told Taylor on the podcast they were hosting together at the time. “She’s our publicist and [a] very, very good friend of mine, so a photo like that … people I know were saying a lot of crap about it, but it really wasn’t that big of a deal.”
She also added, “I want to make that clear because Lori’s an amazing publicist, a super hard worker, and she does so much amazing work for us. I just want to make sure we clear that up because that’s just ridiculous.”
After the new pictures of Krebs and Taylor came out, People reported that The Valley star was “upset” but “not surprised” because “she could tell their relationship was more than client-rep.”
