‘DWTS: The Next Pro’: Is AJ Pritchard in a Relationship? All About His Love Life
AJ Pritchard is one of eight contestants left competing to win Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro. The winner of the show will become one of the professional dancers on Season 35 of Dancing With the Stars this fall.
AJ has experience in this type of environment, as he was a pro dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, the U.K.’s version of DWTS, from 2016 to 2019. He’s also competed on Britain’s Got Talent, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, the U.K.’s version of The Challenge, and more.

Is AJ Pritchard in a relationship?
Yes, AJ is in a relationship with Zara Zoffany. They started dating in 2022 and got engaged on March 1, 2025. The pair was able to keep their engagement a secret for several weeks, but the news was exposed at the Smiley Awards on March 20, 2025.
Host Lisa Snowdon publicly congratulated AJ on his engagement at the event, prompting him to say, “She’s out there with a lovely ring on, so we [were] not officially out there, but now we’re officially out there. And I will now post the video and me and my little fiancée and I are engaged. It’s very romantic. It’s out there now Zara.”

AJ and Zara have not publicly revealed their wedding plans, although they have a joint Instagram account documenting their love story and, in a March 3 post, mentioned that they had “less than 4 months to go” until the big day. That would put their wedding at some point in June or July, but no news of them tying the knot has been shared.
Who is Zara Zoffany?
Zara is a reality star who appeared on The Royal World, a show that included a cast of men and women who are closely acquainted with members of royal or noble families. The cast members lived together for a summer in the English countryside.
After her stint on The Challenge U.K., Zara competed on The Challenge: World Championship. She was partnered with Wes Bergmann, and they were the fourth team eliminated. On Season 39 of The Challenge in the U.S., she was eliminated in Episode 15.
How did AJ Pritchard and Zara Zoffany meet?
AJ and Zara met when they were both contestants on The Challenge U.K., which filmed at the end of 2022 and aired in early 2023. She finished the show as the runner-up, while he came in fourth place.
The couple’s first official meeting happened in the hotel gym in Argentina before filming began.
What happened to AJ Pritchard and Abbie Quinnen?
AJ dated Abbie Quinnen, a dancer, actress, and model, from 2018 to 2022. They split after he filmed The Challenge, and Abbie told The Sun the breakup was “out of the blue.” She claimed that AJ had been talking about an engagement before he left for the show.

“When he eventually got his phone back, he seemed different. He wasn’t calling as much and seemed distracted,” Abbie shared. She later noticed that AJ was messaging another woman whom he’d been on the show with (she didn’t name names).
“I just questioned him, asking, ‘Why are you messaging her?’ and from that moment on he was completely cold with me,” Abbie claimed. “It was so odd. He couldn’t give me any answers. He kept saying he didn’t have a clear brain, he couldn’t make any decisions, and didn’t know if he wanted to be with me anymore.”
After spending some time apart, AJ eventually ended the relationship.
