‘Little Singles’ Season 1 Finale Preview: John & JJ Lie About Sharing a Bed
After a season’s worth of yearning and blossoming romance, Swooon‘s exclusive preview of the Season 1 finale of TLC‘s Little Singles reveals that everyone sort of… sleeps together in the finale.
In a classic morning-after debrief, John asks JJ, Steph, Sammy, and Krista, “Why did everyone sleep in everyone else’s room last night?” before Sammy asks JJ where she slept. Turns out, John was well aware of JJ’s sleeping arrangement. In a flashback to the night before, viewers can see John and JJ walking to his room together. In the morning, he claims that he had no idea she was there.
“I slept in my room,” JJ shares. Then, John adds, “She found me in her room because that was the only room that was alone, and there wasn’t anyone in it because you guys slept in my room.”
John then explained, after a wild evening, “Last night my bedroom ended up the place where everyone was sleeping. I had Steph, Sammy, and JJ all sleeping in my bed.” On a room camera at 2:35 a.m., viewers can see John and JJ get out of bed. He recalls, “I wake up, I have two chainsaws sleeping beside me. At this point, I’m over it, so I’m going to find a new place to sleep. The only room left that’s vacant is JJ’s. So you know what? I’m sleeping there tonight.”
That’s when things get a little blurry. John tells a producer he and JJ went to JJ’s room separately. At the same time, we see John close the door while JJ gets in bed.
While they clearly went to the room together, John explains, “I wake up, JJ’s there sleeping in her own room, I guess rightfully so. It’s her room. So I go back to my room, and Steph’s still there snoring, but Sammy’s gone.”
