Yes, Pankow and his girlfriend are still going strong. As recently as August 10, Siemek shared a photo of Pankow from their travels, and they had a flirty interaction in the comments section. She wrote in the caption, “Everyone’s grandkids will know how cool we are, promise.”
Her boyfriend quipped back, “You calling us old, you granny,” with the kiddie face emoji.
Who is Elaine Siemek?
Siemek, 30, worked as an assistant to Outer Banks showrunner Jonas Pate during Season 1. She is also a professional film photographer, and she shares behind-the-scenes photos of the sets she’s worked on to her social media and website. In addition to Outer Banks, she photographed the Boots cast.
In 2026, she published a photography book called The Touch Library with author Racquel Garry. Pankow commended his girlfriend when the book came out. “I cannot be more proud of how hard you both have worked to make this book a reality. As well as all the amazing artists that agreed to be apart of it!!” he commented on her Instagram post.
How did Rudy Pankow and Elaine Siemek meet?
The two met on the Outer Banks set, and they worked on the series until Pankow’s character died during the fourth season. The same year Season 1 premiered, Pankow revealed their relationship on Instagram in November 2020 when he celebrated Siemek’s birthday. “You give me butterflies everyday … literally. Happy Birthday PBM,” he captioned a series of photos of her.

Who has Rudy Pankow dated in the past?
Siemek is the only person Pankow has publicly dated, though in the past, he was linked to actor and model Teo Marcella. Per Betches, fans started speculating about when Pankow’s relationship with Siemek started and if there was overlap. They based the rumor on a behind-the-scenes Season 1 group photo, in which Pankow and Siemek were next to each other while Marcella was positioned a ways away from them.
Marcella only vaguely addressed the rumors afterward. They posted a November 2024 TikTok with the caption, “Watching everyone guess what happened based off one photo from 6 years ago.”
A couple of days later, the actor said in another video, “I’m gonna show you guys one of my favorite lip combos,” they said. “We’re gonna be using the Charlotte Tilbury lip liner in the shade He Cheated. I mean, Lip Cheat.”
Again, the alleged drama has never been outright confirmed, and Pankow has only been linked to Siemek ever since.
