Season 2 of The White Lotus was not only must-watch television, but it also brought us the real-life relationship between Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall. Although their characters were not romantically involved in the show, they formed a romance offscreen that they’ve mostly kept out of the public eye.
The duo met in February 2022 when filming began in Italy. Months later, when the cast began posting social media content from set and interacting with one another online, fans began speculating that there was something going on between the actors. However, the romance wasn’t officially confirmed until they were photographed kissing in New York City in November 2023, a full year after their season of The White Lotus premiered.

Yes, Fahy and Woodall are still together. While they make a point of mostly keeping their relationship private, Fahy posted a photo dump from a trip to New Zealand in August 2026, and Woodall appeared in several shots.
For the most part, his face was covered or turned away from the camera, but it was unmistakably the actor. One shot of the couple’s shadows showed them sharing a kiss on the beach as well.

What is the age difference between Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall?
The couple has a six-year age difference. Fahy was born on April 25, 1990, and is currently 36, while Woodall was born on September 14, 1996, and will turn 30 in a few weeks.
While Woodall has not specifically spoken about his age gap with Fahy, he has publicly defended age differences in relationships while promoting Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy. In the film, his character has a relationship with Renée Zellweger‘s Bridget Jones, who is more than 20 years his senior.
Do Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall have children?
No, Fahy and Woodall do not have children together. However, she told The Cut in 2025 that she has already started thinking about her fertility and future.
Fahy revealed that she had been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) a few years earlier. She lost one ovary and made the decision to freeze her eggs in February 2024.
“There’s so much pressure on women even in their 20s to freeze their eggs. Part of you is like, ‘God, this is such an expensive, laborious, and emotionally and physically taxing insurance policy.’ And yet, the flip side of the coin is like, ‘Wouldn’t I go through this just so that I could have the life that I want?” she explained. “I’ve always imagined that I would have a family, but I’m also somebody who knows that if I didn’t, I would have a full life.”
