Ariana Madix’s 13 Hottest Outfits on ‘Love Island USA’ Season 7 (So Far), Ranked
Love Island USA always brings the heat — and so does fashion-forward host Ariana Madix.
Ever since she took over emcee duties in Season 6, Madix has graced our screens with look after knockout look. During Season 7, in particular, her outfits have become nearly as big of a talking point as all of the drama that goes down between the Islanders. Though we’re sure the contestants aren’t always happy to see her — she usually shows up when someone’s about to be dumped — they’ve also made sure to compliment Madix’s styling throughout the episodes. (How could they not?)
“It takes a village,” Madix told Decider, crediting her stylist Emily Men for the summery dresses we’ve seen her wear in Fiji. So far, they’ve ranged from a pink cutout gown to a dominatrix-inspired number. While we’re guessing that Madix will save the best for last, we couldn’t wait to rank all of her looks before the season ended. 13. Villa Tour
There’s seriously no bad outfit on this list, so we hate that we had to put this one last. This two-piece set is giving summer vibes to the max with its vibrant yellow color and chunky crochet texture. It’s just not quite as special as the other outfits Madix has brought to the table.
12. Show Open
Madix was serving mermaid with her opening look on the show. It did a great job setting the tone, and we love the little starfish details, even if it’s a bit plain overall.
11. Episode 1
Madix brought out a classic little black dress for the first episode. The embellished details toward the top are cool, but again, it’s just not quite as spectacular as the gowns we’ve seen from her.
10. Episode 6
We especially love how Madix’s team styled this dress, with her gold accessories and extra-long braid, but we’re not the biggest fan of the color. The slit and tie back make the outfit feel a little too busy overall.
9. Episode 18
Madix turned out a more casual look for Episode 18, and the bold, graphic print is perfect for the villa. The yellow and blue tones shouldn’t work together, but they do. Plus, that Y2K-inspired updo is the cherry on top.
8. Episode 5
This baby blue color is to die for, and it compliments Madix’s features perfectly. The crochet and embellishments on the neckline are nearly too much together, but Madix pulls it off.
7. Episode 9
No doubt about it, this look is HOT. Madix pulled out all of the stops for Episode 9’s NSFW challenge. All of the Islanders dressed according to the theme, but Madix’s red latex dress and floor-length jacket. And, that hair!
6. Episode 19
To introduce Casa Amor, you need a splashy outfit, and Madix delivered. This dress is also giving mermaid in the best way with its multi-colored scales.
5. Episode 11
We think this is the look Madix was referring to when she said she had a “warrior princess” outfit planned. Her hair, the billowy sleeves, and the slit on the skirt are all *chef’s kiss*, though the gown could’ve done without the gold piece on the top half.
4. Episode 12
This look means business! This dress is just simple enough, and the way it was styled gives Madix a dark and dangerous vibe. Of course, Madix knows how to rock a cutout, too.
3. Episode 17
Madix offered a sweeter look for this Aftersun episode, and we’re obsessed with the groovy floral print and super-short hem. No notes!
2. Episode 1
Madix started Season 7 with a bang! This gown literally shines on her, since it was custom-made with over 3,000 beads and crystals. This dress was nearly show-stopping enough to be our first pick, but we loved another look just a little bit more.
1. Episode 14
Contestant Huda Mustafa said Madix’s abs looked amazing in this dress, and we can’t help but agree. This bright pink LaQuan Smith sleeveless gown is so flattering on Madix that our jaws dropped when she walked into the villa. It’s so good that we’re not sure if she can top it — but we hope she does!
