A new set of Farmers set out on a journey to find love in Farmer Wants a Wife Season 3. After getting to know the women they brought back to their farms, the Season 3 leads made their final decisions in the May 22 finale. John Sansone, Colton Hendricks, Jay Woods, and Matt Warren narrowed down their ladies to just two and had to figure out which one they had a stronger connection with. In the end, the four Farmers left the experiment with a woman on their arm and love on the horizon.
But did these relationships last? It’s been almost a year since the show wrapped, and now several months since the finale aired. John Sansone & Claire Dirette
Status: Split
John chose Claire over Lily Ayres, but they announced their split in August 2025.
“This was a mutual decision based on private challenges, and had nothing to do with any reposts,” John shared. “While I’ll always appreciate and respect the time we shared together, I feel it’s best to move forward separately. While our relationship was public, I wish for this chapter to remain as private as possible. Thank you for your kindness and support.
The couple previously told Swooon that they were looking forward to this next chapter of their romance. John noted that one of the “biggest” secrets to their success is “just doing this without any pressure whatsoever.”
After the finale, John penned a sweet message about Claire. “What a ride, and couldn’t have asked for a better ending with an incredible girl,” he wrote on Instagram.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to last.
Colton Hendricks & Zoe Green
Status: Split
Colton chose to be with Zoe over Keeley Goldberg. Colton and Zoe had a strong connection from the start, but the single dad was concerned about navigating a long-distance relationship. After the finale, Zoe didn’t immediately confirm her relationship status and just wrote on her Instagram Story, “A beautiful ending to an unforgettable journey. Forever grateful for this moment and everything it has taught me.”
On May 26, Colton went public with his new relationship and confirmed his split from Zoe. He’s now dating a woman named Cassie McCowan. “My baby, she makes me feel like a king,” he captioned the Instagram video. It’s unclear when they started dating and when Colton and Zoe broke up.
Matt Warren & Chelsi Davis
Status: Still Together
Matt watched the sun set over his farm with his final pick, Chelsi. Earlier in the episode, he broke things off with Jordyn Mallory. Matt and Chelsi are still together today.
Matt posted about his relationship on Instagram after the finale. “Never thought that view could get better,” Matt captioned his post. Chelsi wrote in the comments, “Can’t believe we did this, but so grateful we did. God knew what he was doing. You’re the best!! So thankful for you.”
Although the two are fairly private on social media, they still follow each other on Instagram.
Jay Woods & Grace Clark
Status: Split
Jay ended things with Karina Sabol in order to be with Grace. He gushed to Grace that he could see a future with her and told producers, “I think Grace is the love of my life.” As for their relationship today, Jay and Grace have broken up since the finale. Jay shared a long post about his Farmer Wants a Wife experience and posted a photo with Grace (as well as his other contestants). On May 26, Grace confirmed she and Jay were no longer together via TikTok. She wrote over the top of her post that she had “no boyfriend.”
