Your July 2025 Love Horoscope: What’s Next For Each Zodiac Sign in the Romance Space
This summer is getting hot, and it’s not just the heat. The astrology of July is spicy, exciting, and a little unpredictable. Coming from June’s cuddly, romantic, and sensitive vibes, July is an interesting offshoot. This rings true from the get-go. On July 4, Venus leaves Taurus, its home sign, and enters Gemini. However, just before Venus leaves Taurus completely, it’ll pass by Uranus — sitting at the last degree of Taurus. Uranus is the planet of unpredictability and… to be honest, just complete anarchy. This planet loves to ruin plans, but it also loves to provide new perspectives by setting up plans of its own. So, when this chaotic energy meets up with the love planet, a few things you might expect are: finding out shocking information about your partner, meeting someone new at a Fourth of July event, or overdoing pleasure (whether that’s sex, romance, or even July 4 eating).
Around midday on July 4, Venus will move into Gemini, and will stay in this sign until July 30. This will bring an entirely new perspective to love. Gemini is the definition of “cool girl.” Gemini is casual, fun, exciting, witty, smart, engaging, social, and just an all-around good time. So, if your relationship has felt constricted or under pressure, this transit will definitely allow you to lighten things up.

Now, here’s where the summer gets interesting. On July 18, we’ll experience our second Mercury retrograde of the year in charismatic and romantic Leo.
