Over the years, Netflix has become a go-to destination for festive flicks, sometimes even making franchises out of them. Remember The Princess Switch and A Christmas Prince movies? We sure do. And while Netflix seems to be skipping the royal theme this year, there is plenty of exciting Hollywood royalty involved in its holiday rom-com lineup.

In less than a month, you can grab some hot chocolate and watch Alicia Silverstone and Oliver Hudson navigate Christmas as a divorced couple, with their new, younger partners. We’re already envisioning ourselves snuggled up on the couch, seeing how Minka Kelly‘s business exec handles her burgeoning feelings for her rival (Tom Wozniczka). Oh, and did we mention their romance is set in France? Sign us up.

A Merry Little Ex-Mas

Release date: November 12

First up is Silverstone and Hudson’s A Merry Little Ex-MasTheir characters are about to embark on their first Christmas as a divorced couple, and Kate (Silverstone) hopes for one last perfect holiday before selling her house. Everett (Hudson) makes things complicated when he brings along his younger new girlfriend (Jameela Jamil). In attempt to make her ex jealous, Kate brings Pierson Fodé‘s character into the mix.

Melissa Joan Hart is also in the cast, and the movie is directed by Steve Carr (Dr. Dolittle 2). Watch the trailer here.

Champagne Problems

Release date: November 19

The following week, you can tune into Kelly’s Champagne Problems. New executive Sydney Price (Kelly) is charged with leading the acquisition of a French champagne house. She heads abroad around Christmas for the negotiations, and during her night-off in Paris, she’s charmed by Henri (Wozniczka). It gets complicated when she finds out he’s the heir to the company she is hoping to acquire. As she competes with other buyers at the family vineyard, Sydney finds herself still drawn to Henri.

Champagne Problems is directed and written by Mark Steven Johnson, who also helmed the 2022 rom-com Love in the Villa. Thibault de Montalemer, Sean Amsing, Flula Borg, Astrid Whettnall, Xavier Samuel, Mitchell Mullen, and Maeve Courtier-Lilley are also in the cast. Watch the trailer here.

Jingle Bell Heist

Release date: November 26

If you enjoy a some higher stakes in your rom-coms, Jingle Bell Heist should be up your alley. Olivia Holt stars as cunning retailer worker Sophia, and Connor Swindells (Sex Education) appears as her partner-in-crime, Nick. They hatch a plan to rob London’s most notorious department store on Christmas Eve score. During their alliance, secrets and feelings emerge.

Lucy Punch, Peter Serafinowicz, and Poppy Drayton round out the cast, with Michael Fimognari directing. Fimognari is known for steering all three To All the Boys movies, so he definitely knows his way around a rom-com. Watch the trailer here.

My Secret Santa

Release date: December 3

Netflix’s rom-com rollout also includes My Secret Santa, led by Virgin Rivers Alexandra Breckenridge. She plays a lively single mom who’s hoping to get her daughter half-priced snowboarding lessons. After she disguises herself as a man, she lands a job as a luxury ski resort’s seasonal Santa. It gets messier when she falls in love with the hotel manager (Ryan Eggold).

Tia Mowry and Diana Maria Riva star alongside the main two, and a holiday rom-com vet is its director: The Princess Switch‘s Mike Rohl. Watch the trailer here.
