Are ‘Ridiculousness’ Host Rob Dyrdek & Wife Bryiana Still Together?
MTV fans were shocked when the network recently announced that its long-running show Ridiculousness was being canceled. The show, hosted by Rob Dyrdek, had been on the air for 14 years and 46 seasons.
Throughout the show’s tenure, Rob has been open about sharing his life with viewers. Of course, that included his 2015 wedding to Bryiana Dyrdek and the building of their family.

Are Rob and Bryiana Dyrdek still together?
Yes, Rob and Bryiana are still going strong. In fact, they celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary in September, and Rob pulled out all the stops to make the occasion romantic for his wife.
Bryiana recalled the grand gesture in an Instagram post, revealing that Rob brought her “right back to where it all began” with a massive floral structure and “picture frames from every year of our marriage.” He then got down on one knee and popped the question all over again.
“I knew I married right all those years ago,” Bryiana wrote. “But to spend a lifetime with someone who chooses to make love an art form is unlike anything I could have ever imagined.”
How did Rob and Bryiana Dyrdek meet?
The couple, who have a 17-year age gap, met after Rob slid into Bryiana’s DMs on Twitter in August 2013. “He started following me on Twitter, and then he started DMing, and then he started texting me and asked if I wanted to hang out,” Bryiana recalled on The Inner Circle podcast.
At the time, she did not know who Rob was, but she eventually accepted his offer for a date. “I was posting about an animal shelter in Bakersfield that was going out of business so they had to find new homes,” she explained. “He was like, ‘I was thinking we could take a helicopter and save some puppies,’ but I didn’t know him well enough to know that he wasn’t joking.”
The two ended up doing just that on their first date, then got engaged at Disneyland in April 2015, five months before their wedding.
Do Rob and Bryiana Dyrdek have kids?
Yes, they are parents to two children. Their son, Kodah Dash, was born in September 2016, followed by a daughter, Nala, in December 2017.

“I am so incredibly grateful that our children get to grow up seeing what love looks like when it’s nurtured, protected, and endlessly re-written by two hearts who never stop choosing one another,” Bryiana wrote in her 10-year anniversary post.
What illness did Rob Dyrdek’s wife have?
As a child, Bryiana was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia. When she received the “rare and serious” diagnosis, she was told she only had “a few days to live” and would need a bone marrow transplant.
Aplastic anemia is a “condition that happens when your bone marrow stops making enough new blood cells. The condition leaves you tired and more prone to infections and uncontrolled bleeding,” according to Mayo Clinic.
Although Bryiana never received the bone marrow transplant, she was able to go into remission with chemotherapy treatment and blood platelet transfusions, she told The Inner Circle.
In 2023, Bryiana revealed that she received a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as an adult.
“I decided to come out about it because the little girl in the last slide deserved better 👑,” she wrote. “I’ve finally reached the acceptance phase of my late diagnosis and am filled with more hope and peace than ever before. So if you see me acting different, it’s because I am.”
