Just when you thought 90 Day Fiancé‘s most explosive breakup couldn’t get any messier, Gino Palazzolo supposedly dropped Jasmine Pineda‘s entire phone call record on his Instagram Story and kicked off a new chapter of Gino and Jasmine’s relationship war.
On November 16, TLC aired the second part of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9’s Tell All: No Limits. During the episode, Gino revealed that he brought ex-wife Jasmine’s phone records to prove that she had cheated on him with her now-boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu. After receiving no conclusive response from Jasmine’s most-called phone number, Gino claimed that Matt had since changed his phone number. Now, Gino has taken to Instagram to try and prove that he is right — and completely dox Matt along the way.

Did Jasmine cheat on Gino?
According to Gino, Jasmine cheated on him with Matt for three months before Season 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort. During the season, Jasmine asked Gino to open their marriage and told him that she wanted to start a physical relationship with Matt, whom she met at the gym. At the time, Gino agreed to the open marriage.
On November 17, Gino took to his Instagram Story to show his followers “evidence” that Jasmine had cheated on him. According to Gino, Matt has changed his phone number in the past year. However, Gino took a screenshot of a public record that seemed to prove that Matt’s phone number was on her record. He stated, “This was Matt’s phone number at the time I pulled Jasmine’s phone records after I found out she spent all night at his house and cheated and lied to me. He has since changed his number. You can clearly see it matches the number in Jasmine’s phone records on the following pages. This was before last resort and before I was tricked into agreeing to open marriage.”
After posting three pages of Jasmine’s phone records, Gino told his followers, “This is only an appetizer! Stronger evidence of 👸 cheating, lying and hiding a relationship behind my back to come shortly! 🫠🫠 Stay tuned!”
Later that day, Gino returned to his Instagram Story, sharing screenshots of fan photos of Jasmine and Matt at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom on January 22, 2024. Gino wrote, “This is 2.5 months before last resort and open marriage date top left!🫠 only 6 months after our marriage and during week of my birthday January 24. It was supposed to be a biz trip only! Cheating, lying and having a relationship behind my back!” Some 90 Day blogs have reported that Gino had kicked Jasmine out of their house in January 2024, further complicating this timeline.
What do Jasmine’s phone records say?
In the photos Gino posted, which include Jasmine’s 2024 phone records for December 14 to January 13 and February 14 to March 13, it is clear that Jasmine called Matt’s old phone number multiple times for varying lengths of time. This was all before 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2 was filmed, back in March 2024. While their calls range from 1 to 29 minutes, it’s hard to prove that Jasmine and Matt’s relationship was anything more than platonic from the numbers alone.
How did Jasmine respond to Gino’s post?
In response, Jasmine posted, “Still waiting for the evidence of me cheating? 3 seasons and still nothing!” She continued, “First night at the mansion: People asking me: Did you use 👨🏻🦲 for a green card? 🤡 I didn’t hear anyone asking 👨🏻🦲…” She then proceeded to list multiple qualms with Gino, including the fact that he shared her nudes, causing her to lose her job, and didn’t include her children in her visa. She then argued that she received less sympathy “because it’s nicer to portray the narrative of the poor American being taken advantage [of].”
Jasmine also apologized to Michelle Boyce-Palazzolo, Gino’s cousin-in-law/Jasmine’s close friend, and her fellow 90 Day star Nikki Exotika, “for their phone number being exposed on social media by this person.”
Jasmine later posted a black-and-white taken in April 2023 in Canton, Michigan, where she lived with Gino. In the photo, Jasmine appears to have smudges of makeup on her face and looks like she may have been crying. Along with the photo, she wrote, “One day I will show the whole story.”
