Glen Powell has had fans wondering about his love life as he’s become one of Hollywood’s leading men of the 2020s, and a new report claims he’s “casually seeing” Michelle Randolph. Powell’s star power rose to new levels after Top Gun: Maverick in 2022, and the following year, he went through a public breakup from model Gigi Paris.
Since the split, the buzz surrounding Powell has only intensified, and he has not been in a public relationship since. While there were rumors of a romance with Sydney Sweeney, as well as a sighting with Olivia Jade in August (which turned out to mean nothing, romance-wise), the actor has been focusing on his career, rather than his love life over the last couple of years.

The stars have not commented on their relationship status, but a source told Us Weekly in December 2025 that they are “casually seeing” one another. “It’s very new,” the source shared. “They started seeing where things would go around October and have been trying to keep it under the radar for almost two months now.”
Don’t expect them to hard-launch anytime soon, though, as Us Weekly’s insider noted that the actor “does not want to be public with anyone or be in a serious relationship right now.”
Leading up to this report, there were various sightings throughout the fall of 2025 that seem to reveal these two are a couple. Most notably, a November 23 TikTok video showed the rumored couple dancing together at a bar in Austin, Texas (Powell’s hometown).
The person who posted the video confirmed in the comments section that the people in the video were Powell and Randolph, adding, “They were both super sweet :).” A source also told People that Powell’s mom was in attendance for the outing and said Powell and Randolph were “super cute together and looked quite happy.”
On November 15, the two were also spotted together after Powell hosted Saturday Night Live. He celebrated with friends after the live show, and Randolph popped up next to him in a group photo posted by Sharon Gelbart (below).

In October, DeuxMoi reported that Randolph attended the University of Texas vs. Oklahoma football game with Powell, although there were no photos that showed them at the event together. She was also reported to have been at the South Point 400 race in Las Vegas, where Powell served as grand marshal.

According to Us Weekly, the two met because Randolph is friends with Powell’s sister. “She runs in a similar circle in L.A.,” the insider explained, adding that Powell and Randolph also have “many mutual friends.”
Who is Michelle Randolph?
Like Powell, Randolph’s acting career has taken off in the last few years. Her breakout role was in 1923 as Elizabeth Strafford, a main character in the Taylor Sheridan show’s two seasons.
She returned to the Taylor Sheridan universe in 2024’s Landman, where she stars as Ainsley Norris in another main role. Randolph will also appear in Scream 7, which comes out on February 27, 2026.
In 2019, Randolph briefly appeared on The Bachelor because her older sister, Cassie Randolph, was a contestant on Season 23. Cassie dated Colton Underwood for more than a year before they split in May 2020.
Randolph previously dated actor Gregg Sulkin for about five years before their split in 2023.

No, Powell and Sweeney were never actually a couple. While promoting their 2023 rom-com Anyone But You, the two played into relationship rumors to support the film, but have confirmed it was all part of a master plan.
“I’ll pretty much give Sydney all the credit for this,” Powell told Business Insider in December 2023. “I don’t have the mental capacity to pull anything like this off, but she’s very smart. She’s very smart. I had such a wonderful journey with her on this thing.”
Sweeney ended her relationship with fiancé Jonathan Davino in spring 2025, just days before she attended Powell’s sister’s wedding, sparking romance rumors with the Chad Powers star once again. Powell played coy about the relationship on Today With Jenna & Friends in April. “You know, timing is everything in this world,” he laughed. However, he also confirmed that Sweeney and his sister are “obviously great friends,” so it’s likely the actress attended as an invited guest, as opposed to as Powell’s date.

Powell’s most serious relationship in the public eye was with Paris. The former couple was together for more than three years when they split in April 2023. They were first linked after being spotted on a trip to Mexico together in early 2020.
During a June 2025 appearance on the Too Much podcast, Paris revealed that the breakup happened while Powell was filming Anyone But You with Sweeney in Australia. She said she had plans to go and visit her boyfriend, but he told her not to come, claiming that the producers of the movie suggested she not visit the set.
“I was like, ‘This motherf**ker is done to me,'” Paris recalled. “I think that’s where I just also fell out of love. I was like, ‘Where the f**k are your balls to stand up for yourself?’”
Since Paris had her own work obligations to fulfill in Australia, she made the trip anyway. She alleged that she was not allowed near the Anyone But You set, but managed to find time with Powell so she could end things in person. Although she said the two tried to end things on “good terms,” she also called out her ex for putting the flirty movie promo above their relationship.
“I could either pretend like I was going along with everything and have everyone wonder, ‘Are they hooking up? Are they not hooking up? Is she OK with this? What the f**k?’ Or stand up for myself and say, ‘No, I’m not actually OK with this, and I’m walking away,’” she explained. “So that’s what I decided to do.”
Powell later addressed the situation in an interview with GQ. “I will always have nothing but love for her and respect for her,” he said. “Everybody’s always going to have their own narrative on things and all that. And she’s welcome to it. Relationships are really hard. And when two people break up, they each go to their own brunch, and they will each tell their own narrative.”
