Who is Alex Henderson?
The 31-year-old works in financial sales and is a die-hard sports fan. Soccer is central to his life — a passion he honed as a former Division 1 goalkeeper. Drafted by Minnesota United, his professional career was unexpectedly cut short by injury.
“I’m proud of being able to come back mentally after four knee surgeries took away my athletic career,” he reflected on the show.
Restless by nature, Alex is not one to sit still. He’s always looking toward the next adventure and isn’t ready to plant permanent roots just yet. But when it comes to love, he promises to be a steady presence. “I’m a rock,” he said. “I’ve been through a lot and can be strong when the chips are down.”
