Five days post-surgery, 90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik gave fans a major update on her health.
On April 9, Loren posted a video of herself exiting surgery in a wheelchair. While she did not share the reason for the surgery at the time, she tagged @ensoplasticsurgery, leading fans to believe that she could have undergone cosmetic surgery, similar to many other 90 Day Fiancé stars.
Soon after, she commented, “I will share details soon! Gonna rest it out a few days.” Setting the record straight, she wrote, “Not all surgeries are always cosmetic. But @drdevvdo knows and understands my body best and I trust him and his team, always!”
Giving fans more insight on April 14, Loren revealed that she underwent surgery to get a lump removed. She wrote, “Not every surgery is necessarily cosmetic. And I didn’t want to share until I got the all clear! Everyone claiming I had my boobs done – quite the opposite – had a lump removed (3cm x 2cm). Baruch HaShem it’s all clear! @drdevvdo removed it bc he knows my body best and I trust him with my life (multiple times) and he is 10000% the best of the best!”

Responding to the comments on her original post questioning whether she had cosmetic surgery, Loren told her followers, “For everyone saying it’s no one’s business to know, you are so right! But the fact is, I have nothing to hide – and I am just so relieved! I know I put myself out there for the public, but for those mocking me or criticizing me or judging me, you can do that quietly and to yourself. Don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions. The best look is unbothered.”

Loren and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, most recently appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9, alongside franchise stars Jasmine Pineda, Gino Palazzolo, Darcy Silva, Elizabeth Potthast, and Andrei Castravet.
Viewers first met the couple on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé, where Loren revealed she had met Alexei during a trip to Israel. Since Alexei moved from Israel to be with Loren in the States, the couple has gotten married and had three children: Shai, Asher, and Ariel.
