Dr. Pimple Popper Sandra Lee is back with a new season of Dr. Pimple Popper: Breaking Out on April 20. The dermatologist has been treating patients on television since Season 1 of Dr. Pimple Popper premiered in 2018.
Throughout her time on reality television, Lee has given fans a look inside her personal life, which includes the recent health scare she suffered (a stroke) while filming her show. Of course, fans have also gotten some insight into her love life, specifically her marriage to fellow dermatologist Jeff Rebish.

Is Dr. Sandra Lee still married to husband Jeff Rebish?
Yes, after more than 25 years of marriage, Lee and Rebish are still married. In fact, Lee recently opened up to People about how having a stroke in November 2025 helped her learn to appreciate spending more time with her husband, especially since they had recently become empty nesters before the medical emergency.
“Maybe it’s actually good that it happened then because this is a transition time where we’re trying to focus more on ourselves,” she explained, adding that she and Rebish now “rely on each other more” in this new stage of their lives.
“It’s just interesting to see how you get into this transition now where you look at each other and you’re like, ‘OK, well, now let’s see if we get along and we can hang out,'” she shared. “It’s really fun and exciting, but I do think that I haven’t figured it out quite yet.”
How did Dr. Sandra Lee and Jeff Rebish meet?
Lee and Rebish met while they were both students at Hahnemann University School of Medicine, which is now Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia.
“Sandra walked into the room on orientation day, and I knew right away that she was the one,” Rebish told Refinery29. “We dated through school, and when we both had our degrees, we moved out to California, where Sandra grew up and her dad owned a dermatology practice.”
The couple took over Lee’s father’s business. Rebish handles the “administrative side” of things and also sees patients, while Lee deals with cosmetic procedures and “the more complex surgeries you see on TV.”

Yes, Lee and Rebish are parents to two adults sons named Stratton and Chance. She is very private about her children, although she previously shared that they mostly avoid watching her hit television show.
