Nathan has mostly kept the details of his marriage to Kate private, but on Maurice Benard’s State of Mind podcast, Nathan shared that he and Kate have “only been together for like five, four or five years.”
The couple has been through many challenges in their time together so far, including the death of Nathan’s brother, who died by suicide. Nathan has dealt with depression in the past, and Kate has always been a pillar of support for him. “There is never a moment that goes by that she doesn’t check in,” Nathan said about his wife, which he said was “such a blessing.”
