Talk about couple goals! General Hospital couple Laura Wright and Wes Ramsey are celebrating an exciting milestone in their relationship. The soap actors marked the ninth anniversary of their romance on April 28 and shared loving posts about each other.
Wright posted a photo from the very early days of her relationship, followed by more recent photos. “How it started ➡️ how it’s going. 9,” she wrote. Ramsey made a separate post with just a single photo from their recent trip to Versailles and penned a lengthy comment about their love.
“…We have 9 yrs of growing up together and still laughing like kids. 9 yrs of evolving towards our best selves, encouraging each other along the way. 9 yrs of commitment to keep seeing what tomorrow brings. I love you Laura. Thank you for each new chapter. Happy NINE!!! #ouranniversary,” Ramsey wrote on Instagram. Wright commented, “Happy 9 babe.”

In between working, Wright and Ramsey have been living it up on memorable vacations together. On top of their European excursion, the couple also traveled to Indian Wells, California, for the Indian Wells Open. Wright was relishing the “tennis paradise.”
Next year will be a milestone year for the couple — their 10th anniversary. Wright and Ramsey have been dating since 2017, but actually first crossed paths on the set of Guiding Light over two decades ago. Wright has played Carly on General Hospital for over 20 years, and Ramsey once played Peter August on the soap. The character was killed off in 2022, but he recently reappeared for a brief stint.
Ramsey opened up to TV Insider about how his girlfriend let him use her dressing room for the day when he filmed his scenes. Back when he was regularly on GH, Ramsey and Wright loved “carpooling to work together.”
He gushed, “We never took it for granted. Who knows? Maybe somehow, somewhere, some way, someday we might be able to carpool again.”
