‘Boy Meets World’: Did Cory & Topanga End Up Together? Series Finale Refresh
May 5 marks the 26-year anniversary of the Boy Meets World series finale. Of course, the couple at the heart of the series was Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel), who both returned for the spinoff Girl Meets World in 2014.
After years of childhood friendship, Cory and Topanga finally got together romantically at the beginning of Season 3. But where did they stand by the time the show ended with its seventh season in 2000?

Did Cory and Topanga end up together?
Yes, Cory and Topanga did end up together in Boy Meets World. They got engaged during high school graduation at the end of Season 4, then attended Pennbrook University together, with Topanga famously turning down her acceptance to Yale to be with Cory.
Although the relationship had its ups and downs during the college years, which even resulted in the two briefly breaking up during Season 7, they eventually reconciled and tied the knot in Episode 7 of the final season.
The series ended with Cory and Topanga moving to New York together after she got an internship at a law firm there.
In the spinoff series Girl Meets World, which aired for three seasons from 2014 to 2017, Cory and Topanga were still married and living in New York with their two children, daughter Riley and son Auggie.
Was Topanga actually pregnant in Season 7?
No, Topanga was not pregnant during Season 7. However, in Episode 17, Cory thought she was expecting a child. It turned out, though, that Topanga was actually secretly dieting because she wasn’t happy with her weight. She revealed the truth by the end of the episode.
During the initial run of Boy Meets World, Cory and Topanga did not have any kids. Their children were born in the years between the Boy Meets World finale and the Girl Meets World premiere.
Did Shawn and Angela end up together?
No, Shawn and Angela did not end up together. They became a solid couple during Season 7, but ended up breaking up in the show’s penultimate episode when Angela decided she was going to leave to spend the year in Europe with her dad.

Although Shawn was considering proposing to Angela so she would stay, he let her go because he realized how important it was for her to have that time with her father.
They parted on amicable terms, and when Angela returned for a Season 2 episode of Girl Meets World, she revealed she was married and was thinking about starting a family. Shawn encouraged her to do so.
In Season 3 of Girl Meets World, Shawn married Katy (Cheryl Texiera), the mother of Cory and Topanga’s daughter’s best friend, Maya (Sabrina Carpenter).
