She told viewers, “With a heavy heart we wanted to share a news with all of you guys. That, there was a rumor that I had a stroke, but it turned out to be ALS.”
She explained, “At first, we tried to keep it private because it’s been very emotional and overwhelming for us. We were hoping to find some kind of solution before speaking publicly. But after trying for some time, we feel like it’s time to reach out. Thank you so much for all the love and support. Right now, we are open to any kind of help — treatments, clinical trials, lifestyle changes, or anything that could help treat this disease or slow down its progression.”

Who is Jenny Slatten’s husband?
Jenny is married to Sumit Singh. In the first season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Jenny revealed that she had fallen for Sumit, a 30-year-old man from Delhi, India, who was living with his parents. They met for the first time in person in 2013. By the end of the season, Jenny, who was 60, had moved to India to live with Sumit, much to the dismay of her daughters, who expressed a lot of concern about Sumit’s intentions.
After years together, Jenny and Sumit revealed that her diagnosis has made them closer than ever. “Honestly, I never felt this much love, or I can love anyone this much,” Sumit told People. “I used to … live for myself. But from [the] last so many years, I feel like doing [things] for someone who you love gives you happiness, I think that’s what love is. And that’s why we do things for each other, and that’s what make each other happy.”
Does Jenny have children?
Yes, Jenny has three daughters: Christina, Dominique, and Danae. Both Christina and Dominique have appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, while Jenny’s relationship with Danae has largely remained private.
