All About Karl-Anthony Towns’ Relationship With Jordyn Woods
While Kylie Jenner has been cheering on the New York Knicks alongside boyfriend Timothée Chalamet during their 2026 NBA Playoffs run, her longtime friend Jordyn Woods (yes, they’re friends again) also has a very important reason to be rooting for the Knicks: Her fiancé and future husband, Karl-Anthony Towns, is on the team!
The couple has been together since 2020, and Woods has been a supportive figure in Towns’ basketball journey during that time. Now, she’s hoping to witness the Knicks take it all home in the NBA Finals.

Who is Jordyn Woods?
Woods began modeling in 2015. In 2023, she created her Woods by Jordyn brand, which provides “attainable luxury garments” for all body types. Woods also owns The Tox Buckhead, a wellness center that provides body sculpting and contouring.
During the early days of her career, she gained major social media recognition through her friendship with Jenner. The two met through mutual friend Jaden Smith (Woods knew Smith through her father, a sound engineer who worked on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air with Will Smith). Woods has appeared on episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and starred in 2017’s Life of Kylie. She also used to live in Jenner’s mansion.
However, the two had a falling out in 2019 after Woods was caught kissing Tristan Thompson, the boyfriend of Jenner’s older half-sister, Khloé Kardashian. Over the years, they have slowly reconciled.
“Jordyn and I, we always stayed in touch throughout the years and we would meet up at my house and catch up and just talk through everything,” Jenner shared in 2023. On a 2024 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner said she and Woods talked about once a month and had a “healthy distance” in their relationship. The women have been spotted celebrating at Knicks games together the past two years.
How did Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods meet?
Although Towns and Woods’ relationship turned romantic in 2020, they were friends for years before that.
“Me and Jordyn met years ago knowing common people and just became friends,” Towns shared on Woods’ Instagram series in 2021. “And ever since then, our relationship grew where we became more than friends. I’m not saying in that way, but just best friends. And then we started having a deeper relationship.”
The COVID-19 pandemic forced the two to “pick where our relationship was going to go as friends or something more. We chose the latter.” Woods later revealed that she and Towns grew closer after the death of his mother in April 2020, as Woods had previously lost her dad to cancer three years earlier.
On Christmas Day 2025, Towns proposed to Woods. They announced the news on Instagram with a post captioned, “Marry Christmas.”
When are Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods getting married?
While the couple’s exact wedding date is not known, Woods already celebrated her bachelorette party with friends at the end of March. She shared content from the trip to St. Barts on Instagram.
“Did you hear the news!?!? I’m on my Bach!!!! #StBach #JordynsBachlorette,” she captioned the post.
Perhaps the wedding could take place this summer, after this NBA season is over and before the next one begins?!
Who is Karl-Anthony Towns’ ex-girlfriend?
Prior to dating Woods, Towns was in a relationship with model and former college basketball player Kawahine Andrade. They were together for about two years from 2016 to 2018.
Towns and Andrade met when he slid into her DMs after seeing a sexy photo of her in a Star Wars Halloween costume.

After the two split, Andrade took to X to express her frustrations over being blamed for Towns’ tension with his coach and teammates on the Minnesota Timberwolves, the team he played for before the Knicks. An online rumor claimed that Andrade had hooked up with Towns’ then-teammate Jimmy Butler, which Towns and Andrade have denied.
In 2019, she tweeted, “It still trips me out that when Karl & his teammate couldn’t get along, some idiot decided to blame me & it took one person to put it on the internet, & the world just ran with it. & to this day, i am still paying the price for what someone said made up about my life. Like how???”
