Ahead of June 7’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé, TLC has teased that Mallorie‘s ex-fling, Brandon, will make a big splash in her relationship with Rasit, who just arrived in America.
This season, viewers have already gotten to know Mallorie, who the network describes as “a wild Southern force of nature,” from Athens, Alabama, which she describes as “a little bit redneck.” During a girls’ trip to Greece, Mallorie met Rasit, “a dreamy boat captain” from Turkey. During Episode 4, Mallorie and Rasit flew from Turkey to the States to start their new life as fiancés in America. Could meeting her ex be their first roadblock?

Who is Mallorie’s ex, Brandon?
While Mallorie and Brandon were never official, they have a romantic history. Mallorie revealed to viewers, “Brandon is my friend. He’s been my friend for a very long time. But I guess you could say that we were in a situationship. Nothing else has transpired other than friendship after our relationship ended.”
Towards the end of Episode 4, Mallorie tells Rasit that Brandon is coming to pick up his doggy cam, which Mallorie borrowed during their trip, from their house. In response, Rasit told Mallorie, “My mood is finished.” While Brandon clearly doesn’t love that Mallorie is friends with her ex, she explained, “To me, it’s not inappropriate, and Rasit really needs to get over it.”
Why doesn’t Rasit like Brandon?
When Brandon arrived at Mallorie and Rasit’s house, Rasit told viewers, “This is very bulls**t. This is my place. This is my house, and I am boss here. Mallorie say, ‘Calm, please. Calm, please.’ But I can take Brandy in fight.” Right now, it seems like he’s just feeling intimidated by her relationship with her ex.
Does Mallorie’s ex get in the way of their relationship?
Right now, Brandon has not gotten in the way of Mallorie and Rasit’s relationship. However, it seems like Rasit could hurt Mallorie’s relationship with Brandon. TLC teases, “Rasit offends Mallorie’s ex-fling Brandon at his USA-themed welcome party.” In the preview for Episode 4, Rasit admits, “I don’t want him to be friends with my wife.” He tells Brandon, “I need to speak with you. I have a problem with you.” Yikes!
