‘Bachelorette’s JoJo Fletcher Says Jordan Rodgers ‘Exceeded’ Her Expectations as a Dad

It’s been 10 years since JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers met and fell in love on Season 12 of The Bachelorette. Since then, they’ve gotten married and then welcomed their first child, daughter Romy, in December 2025.
Now, with six months of motherhood under her belt, Fletcher is opening up to Swooon about this new chapter, including how her husband of four years has been the ultimate support system.
“I knew he would be a great dad, but I think he’s exceeded my expectations, not only as a father, but as my husband and just being super helpful and supportive in absolutely everything,” Fletcher said, while promoting her partnership with Pampers AMORE. “There’s never been one moment where I ever felt alone.”
Fletcher reflected on the difficulties of being postpartum and said Rodgers “never made me feel like I was alone in that.” She added, “I think we definitely grew so much closer, and I think he would say the same thing [about] seeing me as a mom. It’s just a really beautiful thing.”
Becoming new parents hasn’t come without its challenges. For Fletcher and Rodgers, the “biggest” one is “just figuring out how to manage our time and our life,” Fletcher shared.
She continued, “Both of us still work, so that has been the biggest adjustment. Thankfully, I got to totally check out right after giving birth. I put zero pressure on myself to do anything other than focus on my daughter, which is a blessing. But we’re currently in the stage of … OK, we’re finally getting into a routine, but how do we knock out work, how do we manage our time, how do we tackle different things and support each other? We’re sort of in that phase right now.”
Having Pampers AMORE, the brand’s newest and most absorbent diaper, has helped relieve the stress of one aspect of parenthood, though.
