Yes, Brian and Mika are going strong! Even though they spent some time apart while Mika filmed Battle on the Beach in South Carolina (the couple lives in Florida), she confirmed to TV Insider that he was “supportive” of her during the show.
“[He] and my daughter did come up for a weekend, so they kind of got to see a little sneak peek before the houses were done, and it was really cool,” Mika dished.

How did Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt meet?
Brian and Mika actually met back in high school, although they didn’t start dating until a decade later. The two were in the same chorus class, and while Brian had a crush, it “took [him] a little longer to convince” his now-wife that they should be together. “I would say the timing wasn’t quite right then,” Mika explained.
They reconnected in 2011 when Mika accidentally included Brian in a chain email. Brian quickly responded, “Hey, if this was an accident, that’s OK. But how the heck have you been doing?”
Brian asked Mika to go to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game, although she didn’t realize it was a date at the time. “Looking back on it now and considering Brian’s intentions, it was definitely a date,” she later recalled.
Do Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt have a biological child together?
No, Brian and Mika do not have any children together. However, Mika has a biological daughter named Jade from a previous relationship. The child was 18 months old when Mika and Brian got together in 2011.
Although Brian is not Jade’s biological father (his identity is not publicly known), he has helped Mika raise her as his own.
