According to Harry, he and Amanda grew especially close after the death of his father, which Amanda could relate to having lost her husband, Nick Cordero, in 2020.

Amanda is a television personality, best known for her work on The Talk. She is also a Broadway dancer, model, author, and fitness instructor. Following the premiere of Let’s Marry Harry, Amanda launched her new podcast, Good Grief, remembering her late husband, with Harry as her first guest.
How does Harry Jowsey know Amanda Kloots?
According to Harry, Amanda Kloots is his “North Star.” He explained, “She’s been there through all the tough times and the hard times with dealing with grief. I know, no matter what, Amanda will have my back.” The two met through the Dancing With the Stars community, having starred on different seasons.
Who was Amanda Kloots’ husband?
Amanda was married to Nick Cordero, a Tony Award-nominated Broadway actor. From Hamilton, Ontario, Nick relocated to New York to start his theater career. In 2014, he landed the role of Cheech in Bullets Over Broadway and later was nominated for Tony and Drama Desk awards for the part. He also originated the role of Earl in Waitress.

How did Amanda Kloots and Nick Cordero meet?
A former Broadway dancer, Amanda met her husband Nick when they were both in Bullets Over Broadway. On September 3, 2017, the couple got married at The Skylark cocktail lounge in Midtown. She told BRIDES, “Our first look was a moment we will never forget. Nick came to meet me at The Plaza Hotel where I was staying and getting ready. The moment we saw each other, we both started to cry.”
What happened to Nick Cordero?
In late March of 2020, Nick contracted COVID-19. After a long battle, which left him in the hospital for months, he died on July 5, 2020. Amanda wrote to her followers, “God has another angel in heaven now. My darling husband passed away this morning. He was surrounded in love by his family, singing and praying as he gently left this earth. I am in disbelief and hurting everywhere. My heart is broken as I cannot imagine our lives without him. Nick was such a bright light. He was everyone’s friend, loved to listen, help and especially talk. He was an incredible actor and musician. He loved his family and loved being a father and husband. Elvis and I will miss him in everything we do, everyday.”
Does Amanda Kloots have kids?
In July 2019, Amanda and Nick had a son named Elvis Eduardo Cordero. Looking back at his birth, Amanda recalled, “Nick was the cutest new dad… Elvis spent the first two days in the NICU and until I was strong enough to go he was running there every two minutes and taking every friend and family member to see his new son! He was SO PROUD.”

Who is Amanda Kloots dating now?
Amanda went public with her new boyfriend, retired tennis pro Justin Gimelstob, in April 2025. They were friends first before their relationship turned romantic.
“We had some mutual friends, and I noticed that she likes playing tennis, and we played a little tennis just as friends. And then we’re both involved in other relationships, and then the timing worked out,” Justin told People. “And I will say, I persisted.”
Amanda gushed that Justin is a “wonderful man, wonderful father, and I love how he takes care of me.”
