‘Boston Blue’s Marcus Scribner & More Celebrity Engagements of 2026
We’re only in March, but there have been celebrity engagements galore in the first three months of the year.
Boston Blue star Marcus Scribner confirmed exciting news during his March 12 appearance on Sherri. He’s engaged! The actor shared some key details about his proposal and upcoming wedding.
During her February 5 appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Halle Berry announced that she’s officially engaged to longtime love Van Hunt. She cleared up the “confusion” surrounding rumors that she rejected Hunt’s proposal.
January started off strong with engagements coming out of four reality TV franchises: Real Housewives, Bachelor Nation, Love Island, and Vanderpump Rules. Outside of the reality TV realm, a beloved Disney Channel star became the first actress to announce her engagement this year. That, of course, is Descendants star Dove Cameron, who revealed her engagement to Måneskin frontman Damiano David on January 3.

On the March 12 episode of Sherri, Marcus Scribner confirmed his engagement to the world. He quietly announced the exciting news in a September 2025 Instagram post.
The Boston Blue star is keeping his love’s identity private for now, but he did share some wedding details. “I am engaged to be married sometime this year. We’re keeping it a little bit low key,” he said.
Hilary Knight & Brittany Bowe
Olympic speed skater Brittany Bowe and Team USA women’s hockey captain Hilary Knight got engaged at the Olympics! Knight popped the question to Bowe, which was captured in a video they shared to Instagram on February 19.
“Olympics brought us together. This one made us forever,” Knight wrote.
Allison Holker & Adam Edmunds
On February 12, Allison Holker confirmed her engagement to Adam Edmunds. Holker met Edmunds following the tragic death of Holker’s husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, in 2022.
“I am so in love with you Adam,” Holker’s Instagram post began. “Baby, I am forever grateful for you and the impact you have had in my life and my kids lives. I am a better person because of you. You helped me find me again and showed me how to love. Every morning I wake up I feel safe knowing you are My person at my side.”
Brett Dier & Conor Leslie
The Jane the Virgin star is headed down the aisle! On January 29, the actor confirmed that he’d popped the question to Conor Leslie. “I GET TO MARRY MY BESTFRIEND IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!” he wrote on Instagram.
Breezy Johnson & Connor Watkins
When Breezy Johnson finished her super-G race at the Winter Olympics on February 12, her now-fiancé, Connor Watkins, was waiting to ask her a very important question: “Will you marry me?”
Johnson happily accepted. “Thank you to everyone who made this moment possible. It was everything I ever dreamed of. Kind of like Connor!” she wrote on Instagram.
Jake Pavelka & Aimee
The Bachelor star has found his forever love! The couple got engaged in November 2025, but they didn’t reveal the exciting news until February 2026.
“I’m 48 years old. I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to get married. You hear people talk about marriage being the best decision that they ever made, and I can clearly see it. I see exactly what they’re talking about. It’s very simple: Aimee makes me better as a person. She brings perspective and balance,” he told People.
Halle Berry & Van Hunt
Halle Berry set the record straight on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and showed off her engagement ring. “There’s some confusion that he asked to marry me, and I said ‘no,'” Berry said during the February 5 episode.
She continued, “I did not say ‘no,’ we just don’t have a date. Of course, I said ‘yes, I would marry him.'”
In June 2025, Hunt revealed that he had already proposed to her, but Berry didn’t give him an immediate answer. The couple began dating in 2020. This will mark the fourth time Berry’s said “I do.” The Catwoman star has two children from previous relationships.
Gina Kirschenheiter & Travis Mullen
The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Gina Kirschenheiter announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend Travis Mullen on January 7 with a stunning lakeside photoshoot. She revealed that Mullen proposed with a 6-carat, oval-cut diamond ring during a New Year’s Eve vacation in Big Bear, California.
She told People, “I was in complete shock! My nervous system was trying to catch up to what just happened in this magical moment and I was also trying to process the iceberg that was being presented to me as well! I of course said ‘yes,’ and melted into what was the sweetest kiss I’ve ever felt!”
The couple shares a blended family of six children, each having three kids between 9 and 14 from their previous relationships. Kirschenheiter explained that the kids were “waiting and began to sound off their New Year’s Eve horns and launch off confetti poppers!” She shared, “It was perfect! It meant so much to be there as a family celebrating all together. We were all so happy. Truly a pinnacle moment.”

On January 5, Fire Country star Jules Latimer and Kat Cunning announced their engagement with a romantic Instagram post. The couple actually had three proposals!
“These pictures are proof of the fact that I have truly never felt this way before, But I know that it’s good, And I am ready to have the time of my life For the rest of my life With you,” the couple’s announcement read.
"Farmer" Will Young & Jessie Wynters
After keeping their engagement private for a month, Love Island (UK) Season 9 couple Will Young, known as Farmer Will, and Jessie Wynters shared photos of his swoonworthy proposal.
Farmer Will wrote, “On the 9th of December I asked Jessie to marry me. Since then, we’ve been celebrating with each other and Jessie’s family, just us, with no outside noise, exactly how we wanted it. We wanted to soak up this moment together and be fully present before sharing it with the world. We still feel like we’re living in a dream. I can’t believe we’re engaged. While both Anna Redman and Chris Bukowski are The Bachelor alums, this Bachelor Nation couple met off-camera. On January 4, Redman and Bukowski confirmed that they had gotten engaged after four years together, with Bukowski writing, “Best friend. Fiancé. Future wifey. 12.31.25.”
According to Bachelor Nation’s official website, Bukowski proposed on New Years Eve, at the Ritz-Carlton during their trip to Costa Rica. Of course, their Bachelor family was thrilled to find out the big news, showering the couple with positive comments. Redman’s Season 25 costar Abigail Erb wrote, “So beautiful 😭😭 congrats you two we love yall! ❤️.”
Dove Cameron & Damiano David
On January 3, Måneskin frontman Damiano David proposed to his girlfriend, Dove Cameron, who is set to star in the upcoming series, 56 Days. To announce the big news, David took to Instagram writing, “It’s gonna be a beautiful year💍♥️.” At the same time, Cameron shared, “My favourite part of being alive 💍 happy new year.”

While Bybel and Caprioni split back in 2017, the couple confirmed that they had gotten back together in October 2025 during a video for Bybel’s birthday. She posted, “Some love stories don’t end.. they pause, they grow, they heal & they return stronger. 35 trips around the sun, and mine just began again.” He responded, “It was always you!!! You deserve everything good this world has to offer and I’m going to do everything in my power to give you it. Just so damn grateful for the opportunity to love you!!!”
