Mercury wastes no time this month. On June 1, Mercury moves out of Gemini and into Cancer. This imbues our thoughts and conversations (Mercury-ruled things) with more emotional, sensitive, and passionate flavors. It’s a stark contrast from last month, when Mercury in Gemini probably had us all connecting online or in crowds via flirty, witty conversations. This month, Cancer’s sweet mother-like energy opens our hearts to deeper conversation… and therefore, deeper connection.
Then, on June 9, a notably glorious transit occurs: the Venus-Jupiter conjunction. This is a once-a-year transit and arguably the best transit of 2026 for love — so don’t sleep on it! Their connection here is a marriage between love (Venus) and abundance (Jupiter). And being in Cancer, it can suggest that these abundant love opportunities may pop up in ways related to home, sentimentality, or heartfelt connection. It’s an auspicious time for taking the next step in your relationship — so, use your heart or a sentimental item to start the conversation.
The planet of love, Venus, moves into Leo on June 13. This switches up the entire love game. Leo is loud, boisterous, and at its very heart, a huge romantic. The Gemini new moon, on June 15, may possibly open up new methods or opportunity for conversation — especially in the digital realm. On June 21, the sun moves into Cancer. Because the sun represents energy as a whole, the sun here brings a sense of peace, home, and connection. Think of it like putting a filter on a picture.
