During the season, she told viewers, “It feels a little odd to be dating the same guy with five other girls.” That said, as the only person with experience dating the same guy as 29 other women on The Bachelor, she appears to have a leg up against the other ladies on the farm.

In a recent interview with Reality Check from Reality Club Fox, Heather revealed, “It wasn’t on my bingo card. I didn’t expect it. But I’m like, ‘Hey, when the opportunity presents itself.'” As it turns out, seeking the heart of a farmer is not too out of the blue for Heather. She explained, “My mom was born and raised on a dairy farm. So we go back every summer for two weeks.” Ultimately, she realized she wasn’t finding her man in California and thought Farmer Wants a Wife could be a great place to expand her horizons.
