After sixteen episodes, the first wedding of 90 Day Fiancé Season 12 is finally here!

Ahead of the weddings, viewers have questioned whether Debby Ronaldo and Mido Fayed, Shea McGuire and Anabelle Chua, or Ashia Montgomery and Maxwell Okeke would tie the knot first. Now, Shea and Anabelle have taken the crown — or veil? — as the first couple to walk down the aisle during Season 12 of 90 Day FiancéSpoiler alert: They said I do!

Watching Anabelle walk down the aisle, Shea confessed, “Standing at the altar right now, I’m so happy I could bawl. I’ve never really had this flood of emotions at one time. Anabelle’s just different from anybody I’ve ever met. I mean, growing up in poverty, but still always being happy and cheerful. It makes me know that what matters is how you feel about other people, how you treat other people. I feel like she makes me want to be a better person, and she changed my life, and changed my perspective on life.”

Ahead of their wedding day, things were pretty tense between Anabelle and Shea’s daughter, Allison. As she put it, “Anabelle and I, when she first got here, we didn’t click at all. There was so much going on, like so many changes. It was just a lot at first for both Anabelle and I.”

That said, they were able to patch things up ahead of the wedding. “I changed my mind,” Alison explained. “I want her to stay. She’s good with my kids, and me and her actually have a good time hanging out and talking now. So I’m just glad I didn’t tell my dad to actually send her home.”

Now, the biggest issue between Shea’s daughters and Anabelle is their inheritance. The night before the wedding, his oldest daughter Abigail questioned whether he would be giving his money to Anabelle if something tragic happened to him in the near future.

At the wedding, Shea explained to viewers, “I didn’t really want to make a big deal of the will thing last night. But you know, when we did get back to the cabin, Anabelle and I discussed it and I reassured, she packed her whole life up, you know, came 8000 miles to be with me. That’s the last thing I would do would be leave her out in the cold.”

Following their ceremony, the entire family came together to celebrate the big day with cake and some Anabelle-sanctioned partying. Allison even admitted, ” I can say now I don’t think my dad could have picked a better wife or a person for him.”
