As we reach the middle of 90 Day Fiancé Season 12, Swooon‘s breaking down everything you need to know about each couple’s relationship status, major drama, and more.
This season of TLC’s flagship 90 Day series has been off to a wild start, with couples everywhere from California to Alabama navigating their engagement while facing the time crunch of the 90-day K-1 visa. While couples like Debby and Mido and Catie and Josh have been experiencing hurdles since Day 1, couples like Mallorie and Rasit and Marissa and Edward are facing their first major disagreements.
That said, the title of Season 12’s most unique storyline goes to Ashia and Maxwell, who are planning on getting married in Nigeria after learning that Maxwell’s K-1 visa was denied due to suspected fraud at the start of the season.
Scroll to find out where all of the Season 12 couples stand at the midway point of the season, and be sure to check in with the casts of Season 11 and Season 10 to find out which of your favorite 90 Day Fiancé couples from the past few seasons are still together today!
When Marissa sat down with Swooon, she admitted, “I had asked [Edward] to be more prepared when he came to the United States, and the fact is, he wasn’t. He was not prepared to come here, at least to my expectation, my level of expectation.” Now, we’re seeing a bit of that dissonance on-camera. Only time will tell if love is enough for these two to tie the knot.
Thomas and Paula are full steam ahead on their wedding! The only question is: Will either of their families be able to attend the ceremony? Right now, they’re in the Carolinas trying to convince Thomas’ dad and stepmom to come to California for their big day, even if it means being in the same room as his mom.
These two threaten to break up so often, we’re starting to believe that they’ll actually go through with it. After a two-episode Mido drought, the duo came back to our screens, revealing that their problems are far from solved. Now, teasers for future episodes show Debby exploring wedding locations, while Mido talks about returning home to Egypt.
Right now, Catie and Josh are still going strong. However, her friend Ryan’s visit has definitely complicated things for the couple. After Josh confronted Catie about drunkenly trying to kiss Ryan at her birthday party, she confessed, “I don’t think we should be getting married, realistically.”
Wedding bells are ringing for Ashia and Maxwell in Nigeria, who decided to tie the knot in his home country after his K-1 visa was denied. Now, wedding planning is fully underway, as long as the duo can convince their families and friends that their marriage is the right choice. Only time will tell if they actually go through with the wedding or if Ashia heads home alone.

Shea & Anabelle
Status: Unclear
At the midway point of the season, Anabelle saw Shea’s true colors at his lake house party, where he got really flirty with a bunch of the guests right in front of her. From Shea’s daughter warning Anabelle about women he spent time with before she arrived to Anabelle’s experience at the party, which had her questioning heading home, it’s unclear whether these two will make it to their wedding day.
Mallorie and Rasit joined this season as one of the strongest couples of the bunch. However, now that a prenup discussion has entered the picture, their relationship is on less steady footing. Despite Mallorie’s wishes, Rasit also does not get along with her close friend and ex, Brandon, which has caused major tension between the couple.
