Watch ’90 Day Fiancé’s Marissa Rubinetti Judge Franchise Wedding Dresses
Marissa Rubinetti said yes to the dress on 90 Day Fiancé Season 12! Now, the Kleinfeld exec is revealing her hot takes on other franchise alums’ wedding dresses.
While Marissa is currently starring on 90 Day Fiancé, she has previously appeared on TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress as a corporate Kleinfeld employee. Now that she’s gone from consulting brides on their big day fashion to preparing for her own wedding, we couldn’t help but ask Marissa for her expert opinion on other 90 Day Fiancé brides’ dresses.
Some dresses received rave reviews, like Thaís Ramone‘s “classic and clean” dress from Season 9 of 90 Day Fiancé and Darcey Silva‘s Pnina Tornai-adjacent bedazzled gown from Season 4 of her 90 Day spinoff, Darcey & Stacey. As Marissa put it, “I wouldn’t expect anything less from Darcey. She is a lot.”
On the other hand, the Season 12 star didn’t love every dress we put before her. Madelein Perez‘s ballgown-style wedding dress, which she wore during her wedding on the last season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, was not Marissa’s favorite. She explained, “I feel like the dress suffocates her a little bit.” Having just gotten out of a helicopter, “the tulle’s flying everywhere, and it’s a big dress for a little person. She doesn’t look bad in it, but I probably would have asked for other options if I was her bridal consultant.”

Another dress she had a few notes on was Jasmine Pineda‘s low-cut lacy gown. For this one, she confessed, “I think that her boobs are a little bit accentuated here… I go for elegance for a wedding, so I would have liked the girls to be a little bit more covered.”

Looking back at the franchise’s 90th wedding, Marissa revealed that she would not have a “bedding” of her own, even if that bed was perfectly made. Shekinah Garner and Sarper Güven got married in a hotel bed, with her wearing a lingerie-style shorter number.
“Maybe she played off the idea that she wanted to show some leg and have an intimate moment,” Marissa explained.
For our final couple, Yara Zaya and Jovi Dufren, Marissa admitted, “I think Yara is actually one of the most stunning people on 90 Day Fiancé, [but] I don’t love this dress for her.” Watch the video above to find out which dresses Marissa would say yes to and which she’d put back on the rack!
