Khobe Clarke, Stephen Kalyn, Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, and Mika Abdalla as Beau, Dean, Hannah, Garrett, and Allie in Off Campus
Prime Video

By now, we’ve all studied hard and aced our first semester at Briar University. Before we head back to campus for the second semester, Swooon‘s breaking down the key connections and relationships between all the main characters.

Of course, it’s not just Hannah (Ella Bright) and Garrett (Belmont Cameli) who find love off the ice. While we’ve already gotten a taste of Allie (Mika Abdalla) and Dean’s (Stephen Kalyn) romance, which will take center stage during Season 2, there are still plenty of love stories from Elle Kennedy‘s Off Campus universe. Plus, now that Hunter Davenport (Charlie Evans) is in the picture, we could be seeing more characters from her follow-up series, Briar U, show up as well.

That’s why we’ve rounded up all the character relationships we’ve seen so far, plus everything still to come from Kennedy’s The Deal, The Mistake, The Score, and The Goal. Logan (Antonio Cipriano) and Tucker (Jalen Thomas Brooks) need some love too!

Below you can find the main characters of every book and how they are connected to the rest of the gang. Briar Hawks, grab a pen and take some notes because this is one cheat sheet you don’t want to miss!

Off Campus Character Map

At the heart of the Off Campus series lies the Briar University hockey team. During the first novel/Season 1, the team’s captain and star forward, Garrett Graham (Cameli), takes the lead both on and off the ice. Book 3, The Score, will serve as the basis of Season 2, following Dean Di Laurentis (Kalyn). After that Hunter twist, it looks like the adaptation will be veering slightly off course before reaching happily ever after. In Book 2, The Mistake, defenseman John Logan (Cipriano) takes the baton. Rounding out the male leads is another forward, John Tucker (Brooks), who concludes the series as MMC in The Goal. Beyond the hockey team, Dean is besties with Briar U’s quarterback, Beau Maxwell (Khobe Clarke), and the two become close with Tucker when he rushes their frat.

During Season 1, Garrett falls hard and fast for his classmate/begrudging tutor, Hannah Wells (Bright). Along with Hannah, we meet her best friend and roomie, Allie Hayes (Abdalla), who becomes entangled with Dean. When we first meet Allie, she’s dating Sean (Riley Davis). Seeing as Sean is (hopefully) history at the end of Season 1, we’ve left him off our map for now.

(Book spoilers ahead!) Recently, Cipriano introduced fans to India Fowler, who is joining the Season 2 cast as Logan’s love interest, Grace Ivers. At this time, Sabrina James has not been cast. That said, she is introduced during The Score as Dean’s academic rival (and Beau’s fling) before she dates Tucker in The Goal, so it would make sense for her to show up during Season 2. Maybe they’ll pull another Carter St. James on us…

Aside from close friendships, rivalries, and romantic relationships, we’ve also factored in two major crushes within the Off Campus universe: Hannah’s crush on rockstar hopeful Justin Kohl (Josh Heuston) during Season 1, and Logan’s crush on Hannah before he meets Grace. We mean, seriously, who didn’t have a campus crush during their college years?

Hannah & Garrett

Diving into the four core couples of the series, Season 1, based on The Deal, follows Hannah and Garrett. This unlikely duo who strike up (you guessed it) a deal in which Hannah will tutor Garrett in return for him fake dating her to earn her some attention from her crush, Justin. As the couple tries to pull off some convincing flirtation, they fall madly in love with each other instead. By the end of Season 1, they end up together for the long haul.

Allie & Dean

During Season 2, we see Allie (Abdalla) break up with her dud of a boyfriend, Sean (Davis), for what she swears to be the last time. Crashing on the guys’ couch for the night, Allie gets to know Dean (Kalyn), whom she originally met at his dynamic duos party. (Who knew JLo and Maverick would be the best couples costume there?) From then on, the two start secretly hooking up. We leave the couple on a bit of a cliffhanger when Allie decides they both need to sleep with someone else. Following through, she accidentally sleeps with Dean’s rival, Hunter (Evans).

Grace & Logan

We don’t know how Logan (Cipriano) and Grace’s (Fowler) relationship will pan out in the series just yet, but here’s what we know from the book: After witnessing Hannah and Garrett’s relationship take flight, Garrett’s yearning bestie, Logan, convinces himself that he has a crush on Hannah and decides to distract himself with Grace, a freshman at Briar. But — uh-oh — he makes a major mistake with Grace just as he realizes that she is more than a fling. Soon, he’s doing everything he can to win her back.

Sabrina & Tucker

At the end of The Score, Tucker (Brooks) reveals that he’s having a baby with Dean’s pre-law rival, Sabrina. After one steamy night turns both of their lives on their heads, Tucker strives to earn Sabrina’s trust — and her love. As it turns out, Sabrina isn’t just already entangled in their friend group through her rivalry with Dean, she had a bit of a fling with Beau and shared a drunken hookup with Dean sophomore year.
