Off Campus Season 1 had a strong roster, and Season 2 is no different. The first time around, Prime Video’s steamy college hockey romance series introduced us to Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli as Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham. The first season followed Elle Kennedy’s The Deal, which chronicles music major Hannah agreeing to tutor Briar University hockey star Garrett. In exchange, he fake-dates Hannah to make her crush (Josh Heuston) jealous. For Off Campus Season 2, the show is doing a bit of a line change.
Garrett’s womanizing roommate, Dean Di Laurentis (Stephen Kalyn), and Hannah’s dramatic bestie, Allie Hayes (Mika Abdalla), are taking center ice. Parts of Dean and Allie’s book, The Score, come up in Season 1, but we’ll see the entirety of their romance play out next (or at least most of it), which means new characters will come into play. Already, several new actors have been confirmed for the new season, including a future leading lady. Another member of the Briar U core four, John Logan (Antonio Cipriano), will meet Grace (India Fowler), whom he falls in love with in Kennedy’s The Mistake.
As they bring Kennedy’s beloved book characters to life, you can get to know the Off Campus cast below. Get all the latest on who’s playing who, who’s joining the cast for Season 2, and who’s not returning after the first season.

Stephen Kalyn as Dean Di Laurentis
The Hawks’ D-man, Dean, is played by Stephen Kalyn. Prime Video subscribers might recognize the Toronto-based actor from his role in the Cruel Intentions reboot. He was also in three episodes of Motorheads as a young Logan. He has another Prime Video role under his belt: He plays Greg in Gen V Season 2.
Kalyn, who grew up playing hockey, stepped onto the ice before for a role in CBC’s 2023 limited series, Essex County. Before that, Kalyn got his start on TikTok, according to CTV, after going viral for imitating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Mika Abdalla as Allie Hayes
Mika Abdalla plays Allie, Hannah’s bestie, Dean’s love interest, and a Briar U drama major. The 26-year-old is best known for playing the lead spy in Netflix’s teen series Project MC2 and the love interest in the 2024 comedy Snack Shack. You can also catch her in The CW’s The FlashSeason 8 and Hulu’s rom-com Sex Appeal. Like Allie, she went to school in between professional acting jobs. Abdalla, a North Texas native, earned her degree in philosophy at UCLA.

Belmont Cameli as Garrett Graham
Cameli plays the legendary Garrett Graham, the Off Campus leading man who started it all (and, who, fear not, will return alongside Hannah in Season 2.) Before he took on the role of Briar U’s star center, the 28-year-old made his screen debut in a 2018 episode of Empire. He went on to star in the 2020 reboot of Saved by the Bell, which he said was where he really “got to cut [his] teeth as an actor.” He’s also no stranger to romance, having played the love interest in the Netflix rom-dram Along for the Ride.
Cameli grew up in Illinois, playing three sports in high school: football, wrestling, and volleyball, rather than hockey. Before he turned to acting, he attended the University of Illinois as a business major. “I did [business] for one year before leaving college and deciding that I wanted to be an actor and a filmmaker,” he told Flaunt Magazine. He modeled in Chicago before making the jump to Los Angeles in 2019.

Ella Bright as Hannah Wells
The other half of Briar U’s first power couple is Bright, who plays hockey-hating singer-songwriter Hannah. The 19-year-old actress is a rising star. Bright’s probably best known for her 2024 appearance in The Crown as a young Kate Middleton, but she’s also been on BBC’s Malory Towersfor five seasons. “I mean, it’s just changed my life,” she told Island Magazine in an interview about the latter project. “I’ve been in this show for my whole teenage years – I’m 17 now, and I started when I was 12, which is just crazy to think about, that all these years have passed since I did the first series.”
Bright also had a part in 2018’s Holmes and Watson. At 10 years old, Bright made her West End debut in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. As for her personal life, Bright spent her early childhood between New York and London, according to Island Magazine. She was born to American parents but developed a British accent due to her upbringing.

Antonio Cipriano as John Logan
Antonio Cipriano brings Garrett’s bestie and teammate, Logan, to life in Seasons 1 and 2. Like Bright, Cipriano has a history in stage acting. In 2019, he made his Broadway debut in Jagged Little Pill, which he followed up with his first series regular role in Disney+’s National Treasure show. In the since-canceled 2022 series, he played the easygoing Oren. “When you see a lot of yourself in a character, it’s easier to just kind of go right into it,” the Michigan native told Theatrely in 2023. “It fits like a glove.”
In Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, the actor played Imogen’s Season 2 love interest. The 26-year-old, who’s been acting since he was young, also had a role in The Alto Knights alongside Cameli, which makes Off Campus their second time working together, though they didn’t share any scenes.
India Fowler / Instagram
India Fowler as Grace Ivers
Just ahead of Season 2 filming, it was announced that India Fowler would appear as Grace, a sociology major and freshman at Briar U. (A slight switch-up from the book, in which she’s a psych major.) Fowler is a 22-year-old English actress, best known for Fear Street: Prom Queen, Insomnia, and The Agency.
“She has absolutely got the Grace energy,” Cipriano told Swooon. “The quirkiness, the rambliness, she’s got it down pat. She’s just a lovely human, too. We got to meet at the chem reads, and yeah, I’m excited to get to work with her. She’s going to bring something really cool to the show.”

Josh Heuston as Justin Kohl
Heuston already played a heartthrob musician in Netflix’s Heartbreak High, so he had the skill set to play Hannah’s longtime crush, Justin. The Australian actor, who’s also had major roles in Dune: Prophecy and Dive Club, plays a singer in a rock band in Off Campus. He won’t return for the second season, showrunner Louisa Levy has shared.
The 29-year-old was discovered while waiting tables in Sydney, where a talent scout helped him launch his modeling career. Heuston says that his experience in that field helps his acting, according to a Cero Magazine interview. Before he started working in film and TV, Heuston pursued a double degree in biomolecular science and commerce.

Jalen Thomas Brooks as John Tucker
Jalen Thomas Brooks plays the gentlemanly Tucker, who leads Kennedy’s The Goal and will reappear in Season 2. Brooks will look familiar to you if you’re a fan of The Pitt. He plays nurse Mateo Diaz in the HBO medical drama. Brooks, who grew up in Las Vegas, has additional credits in Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving and The CW’s Walker.
Though he doesn’t have hockey experience, the actor is well-versed in sports. He played basketball for most of his life, even getting some interest letters from D1 colleges before he began acting. “When I stopped playing basketball, I had a really hard time figuring out what to do next,” he told Phosphor Magazine. “I was watching The Hunger Games one day, and there were all these people who looked like they were my age, and they were part of this story. I wanted to be part of a story like that.”
After that, Brooks began taking acting classes and auditioning for projects. “Then things started sticking, and I was able to keep going,” he explained.

Khobe Clarke as Beau Maxwell
Khobe Clarke is Beau Maxwell, Briar U’s lovable star quarterback and Dean’s bestie, who plays a major role in Dean’s book. You might recognize the actor from Prime Video’s Cruel Intentions reboot, which he appeared in alongside Kalyn. Beyond that, the Canadian actor has had roles in Firefly Lane, Yellowjackets, and VC Andrews’ Dawn. Even though he’s playing a football star, Clarke actually played hockey growing up, per Pop Culturalist.

Charlie Evans as Hunter Davenport
Hello, surprise cast member! Charlie Evans first pops up as a “stranger” Allie meets at a bar in Episode 7. In the Season 1 finale, we learn the character is actually Hunter Davenport, a hockey player who has beef with Dean. It’s a deviation from the books, which sees Hunter join the Hawks as a freshman and become Dean’s mentee. Hunter gets his own book in Kennedy’s Briar U spinoff series. Evans spoke to Swooon about his role in the upcoming second season.
Evans recently appeared as Jeremy in the latest season of Paradise. He’s also had roles in Everything’s Gonna Be Okay and Leave the World Behind. We’ll have to wait and see if Off Campus gets to adapt Briar U, making Evans a leading man. (We got the scoop about the showrunner’s plans for future seasons, FYI.)
Liane Hentscher / Prime
Riley Davis as Sean
Allie’s longtime boyfriend-turned-ex, Sean, is brought to life by Canadian actor Riley Davis. He’s had recurring roles on Fire Country and the Curious Caterer Mysteries. He has yet to be confirmed for Season 2, though readers know that Sean is featured in a major The Score scene that has yet to be adapted in the show.
Liane Hentscher / Prime
Julia Sarah Stone as Jules Logan
Unlike the books, Logan has a younger sibling who also attends Briar U. Jules, who runs the school’s gossip blog, is played by Julia Sarah Stone in Season 1. The 28-year-old Canadian actor is known for 2018’s Honey Bee and 2011’s The Killing. Stone’s future as Jules hasn’t been revealed yet, though we’d imagine that they aren’t going anywhere since Logan’s story still needs to be adapted.
Prime Video
Steve Howey as Phil Graham
The biggest name to join the Off Campus universe prior to the premiere was Steve Howey, who’s well-known for starring in Reba as Van Montgomery and in Shamelessas Kevin. The 48-year-old Texas native plays Phil Graham, Garrett’s dad. Phil is a former NHL star who holds his son to a strict standard. Considering how Garrett and Phil leave things in Season 1, it’s not clear if Howey will return for Season 2.
phillipasoo/Instagram
Phillipa Soo as Scarlett
Tony-nominated, Grammy-winning actress Phillipa Soo, best known for originating the role of Eliza in Broadway’s Hamilton, is a new addition to Season 2. She’ll recur as Scarlett, a theatre artist who is guest directing an original play for the drama department. Though the character doesn’t appear in the books, she’s sure to play a role in aspiring actress Allie’s story.
Prime Video
Miles Gutierrez-Riley as Dexter
Miles Gutierrez-Riley appears as Dexter, Hannah and Allie’s friend and a theater student. You might recognize the 27-year-old actor from Smile 2, Agatha All Along, or Prime Video’s The Wilds. Dexter appears in that shocking final Season 1 scene, which is where Season 2 will pick up, but we don’t know for certain if Dexter will reappear yet.
Prime Video
Karis Cameron as Kendall
At the start of Season 1, Garrett casually hooks up with Kendall, who wants a relationship with him. Karis Cameron, a Canadian actress known for Lifetime’s Secrets on Maple Street movies, brings the character to the screen. She and Garrett obviously end things, so Kendall likely won’t return for Season 2, but we’ll have to wait for an official confirmation.
