49 Romantic Comedies and Dramas of 2026 to Watch on TV and In Theaters
It’s official: The year 2026 is the year of romance. In just the first half of the year, the number of romantic comedies and dramas across TV and film has kept us romance lovers fed.
We’ve been living in the bliss of Off Campus for the past month, and the college hockey romance series is already filming Season 2. Every Year After, the adaptation of Carley Fortune’s Every Summer After, just made a splash on Prime Video.
When it comes to movies, My Fault fans will be happy to know that Nick and Noah’s steamy romance is back in Your Fault: London. Zoey Deutch and Nick Robinson are teaming up for the Netflix rom-com Voicemails for Isabelle, and the streamer will then treat us all to the Heartstopper movie in July.
Netflix kicked off the new year right with the movie adaptation of Emily Henry‘s People We Meet on Vacation. While we love rom-coms and happy endings, there was just something about the Lucy and Stephen drama in Tell Me Lies that had the internet riveted week after week. (Bree and Wrigley forever!)
Throughout the rest of the year, you’ll be screaming (complimentary) over the newest Pride and Prejudice adaptation, The Love Hypothesis, and so much more.
Below, we’ve ordered all the romantic comedies and dramas of 2026 (that we know about) by their upcoming release/premiere dates.
